Terms of Service

TipX ("Platform", "We") is operated by Re:CodeX. By using the website tip.re-codex.com and related services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of Service

TipX is an interactive digital entertainment service that allows users to pay to order digital goods and services that are delivered immediately during a livestream.

• On-stream messaging: Your chosen name and message will be displayed on the livestream screen for the audience.
• Digital items: Effects, filters, or animations displayed alongside your message.
• Live reading and interaction: The broadcaster may read your message aloud and interact with it.
• Text-to-Speech (TTS): Messages may be read automatically via an audio system.

Every payment is a fee for interactive digital entertainment services with immediate deliverables. It is not charity, fundraising, or a donation.

Note on the word "Tip": Our platform may use the word "Tip" as it is a familiar term among livestream audiences. In the context of this service, "Tip" means purchasing a digital service to display messages on a stream. It does not imply a charitable donation.

2. Service Usage

• You must not send messages that are illegal, infringe on rights, obscene, threatening, or inappropriate.
• We reserve the right to filter or block inappropriate messages before or during the display without offering a refund.
• Using the service for money laundering, fraud, or gambling is strictly prohibited.

3. Payments and Refunds

• All transactions are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store your credit card or bank account details.
• Because the service delivers digital goods immediately (displaying messages on stream), payments are non-refundable once processed.
• Minimum payment amount: 20 THB.

4. User Content and Broadcasting

• By sending a message, you grant us permission to display it on the livestream and in recorded VoDs.
• Messages that appear in published videos (e.g., on YouTube) may be technically impossible to delete later, even if you delete your account.
• If you do not want your real name to appear, please use a pseudonym.

5. Receiving Funds (For Streamers)

• Streamers must connect a Stripe Connect account to receive payouts.
• A platform fee of 0.5% and a Stripe PromptPay fee of 1.65% are deducted.
• The net amount received = Total Amount − Both fees.
• TipX does not withhold taxes. Streamers are solely responsible for managing their taxes, withdrawals, and complying with applicable laws.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Using TipX services to support or associate with Adult Content/NSFW is strictly prohibited.
• If any action violates Stripe's policies or applicable laws, the streamer's account will be suspended immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

• TipX provides services on an "as-is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
• TipX is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

ยินดีต้อนรับสู่ TipX ("เว็บไซต์" / "แพลตฟอร์ม") บริหารงานโดย Re:CodeX กรุณาอ่านข้อกำหนดนี้ก่อนใช้บริการ การใช้บริการถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้แล้ว

1. บริการนี้คืออะไร

TipX เป็น บริการความบันเทิงดิจิทัลแบบมีส่วนร่วม (interactive digital entertainment service) ที่ให้ผู้ใช้ชำระเงินเพื่อสั่งซื้อสินค้าและบริการดิจิทัล (digital goods & services) ซึ่งส่งมอบทันทีในรายการไลฟ์สตรีม ได้แก่

• การแสดงข้อความบนสตรีม — ชื่อที่คุณตั้งและข้อความของคุณจะแสดงเป็นภาพบนหน้าจอไลฟ์สตรีมให้ผู้ชมเห็น
• ไอเทมดิจิทัล — เอฟเฟกต์ หรือแอนิเมชันที่แสดงประกอบข้อความบนสตรีม
• การอ่านและโต้ตอบสด — ผู้ดำเนินรายการอาจอ่านข้อความของคุณออกเสียง และโต้ตอบกับข้อความนั้นเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการแสดง
• ระบบอ่านออกเสียงอัตโนมัติ (TTS) — ข้อความอาจถูกอ่านผ่านระบบแปลงข้อความเป็นเสียง

การชำระเงินทุกครั้งเป็นค่าบริการความบันเทิงดิจิทัลที่มีสิ่งตอบแทนชัดเจนและส่งมอบทันที ไม่ใช่การกุศล การเรี่ยไร หรือการระดมทุน

หมายเหตุเรื่องคำว่า "ติ๊บ" (Tip): หน้าเว็บอาจใช้คำว่า "ทิป" หรือ "ติ๊บ" ซึ่งเป็นคำที่ผู้ชมคุ้นเคย ในบริบทของบริการนี้ คำดังกล่าวหมายถึง การชำระค่าสินค้าและบริการดิจิทัลเพื่อแสดงข้อความบนสตรีม ซึ่งเป็นการซื้อที่มีสิ่งตอบแทนชัดเจน ไม่ได้หมายถึงการให้เพื่อการกุศล

2. การใช้บริการ

• คุณต้องไม่ส่งข้อความที่ผิดกฎหมาย ละเมิดสิทธิผู้อื่น ลามกอนาจาร ข่มขู่ หรือเนื้อหาที่ไม่เหมาะสม
• แพลตฟอร์มมีสิทธิ์ไม่แสดง ตัดทอน หรือกรองข้อความที่ไม่เหมาะสม โดยไม่ต้องคืนเงิน หากข้อความนั้นผิดข้อกำหนด
• ห้ามใช้บริการเพื่อการฟอกเงิน หลอกลวง หรือวัตถุประสงค์ที่ผิดกฎหมาย

3. การชำระเงินและการคืนเงิน

• เงินทั้งหมดดำเนินการผ่านผู้ให้บริการชำระเงิน Stripe เราไม่เก็บข้อมูลบัตรหรือบัญชีธนาคารของคุณ
• เนื่องจากบริการส่งมอบทันที (ข้อความแสดงบนสตรีมทันทีหลังชำระเงิน) ไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้หลังชำระเงินสำเร็จแล้ว (non-refundable)
• ยอดขั้นต่ำในการทำรายการคือ 20 บาท

4. เนื้อหาของผู้ใช้และการเผยแพร่

• เมื่อคุณส่งข้อความ คุณอนุญาตให้ผู้ให้บริการแสดงข้อความนั้นบนไลฟ์สตรีมและในวิดีโอบันทึกย้อนหลัง
• ข้อความที่ปรากฏในวิดีโอที่เผยแพร่แล้ว (เช่น บน YouTube) อาจไม่สามารถลบได้ในทางเทคนิค แม้คุณจะขอลบบัญชีภายหลัง
• หากไม่ต้องการให้ชื่อจริงปรากฏ ให้ใช้ชื่อเล่นแทน

5. การรับยอด (สำหรับสตรีมเมอร์)

• สตรีมเมอร์ต้องเชื่อมบัญชี Stripe Connect เพื่อรับเงิน
• หักค่าธรรมเนียมแพลตฟอร์ม 0.5% และค่าธรรมเนียม Stripe PromptPay 1.65%
• ยอดสุทธิ = ยอดเต็ม − ค่าธรรมเนียม
• TipX ไม่หักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย สตรีมเมอร์มีหน้าที่ต้องยื่นภาษีและปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายด้วยตนเอง

6. กิจกรรมต้องห้าม

• ห้ามใช้บริการเพื่อสนับสนุนเนื้อหาสำหรับผู้ใหญ่ (Adult Content/NSFW)
• หากละเมิดนโยบายของ Stripe หรือกฎหมาย บัญชีจะถูกระงับทันที

7. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

• เราให้บริการตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่ (as-is) และไม่รับประกันว่าบริการจะไม่หยุดชะงัก
• เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อมที่เกิดจากการใช้บริการ เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต
