TipX ("We", "Platform") is operated by Re:CodeX. We prioritize the privacy of all users in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

1. Information We Collect

• Information when using the service (Ordering digital goods): Display name, message, email (if provided), amount, transaction time, and reference numbers from the payment provider.
• Streamer Information: Username, slug, email, profile picture, background image, Stripe Connect account information, and service usage history.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser information.
• Information we do NOT collect: Credit card, debit card, and bank account numbers — these are handled securely by authorized payment providers. We never access them.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

• To process and confirm payments for the digital interactive service.
• To display the requested name and message on the livestream (as part of the paid service).
• To prevent fraud, spam, and money laundering.
• To comply with legal accounting and tax documentation requirements.

3. Information Visible to Others

During the livestream and in recorded VoDs, viewers will see the name you chose and the message you sent. Note: Messages that appear in recorded videos (e.g., on YouTube) may be permanent and technically impossible to delete.

4. Data Sharing

• Stripe: Payment data is sent to Stripe for processing.
• Streamers: The name and message are displayed to the streamer.
• Third-party streaming tools (OBS): The data is connected to streaming software to display on-screen alerts.
• We do not sell data to third parties.

5. Your Rights

• Request access to your personal data.
• Request correction or deletion of data.
• Request suspension of data processing.

6. Security

We use SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmission. Passwords are encrypted with bcrypt. We implement appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page.
